While happy with the service, I can no longer use Hertz because of their AI scanning and charging policy. Their poliicy makes uusing one's own car insurance and credit card support for damages irrelev

The customer service was amazing. Garret went above and beyond for all my rental needs . i would recommend this hertz location to anyone that's considering renting a vehicle .
