First bad review ever. Dr's are solid, facility state of the art but unfortunately they NEVER EVER answer the phone... you will need to leave a message and wait for someone to call back within 24 hour

Horrible place.....they could care less if my cat died. They refused to refill her prescription.

I'm not one to put bad reviews out there. The doctors are phenomenal but the cost they charge for their new facility is outrageous... But the Customer Service is awful... no one returns calls... long
