For some reason, the servers at Cut 432 insist on cutting your food for you. It could be a holdover from a bygone era when dining at a steakhouse was more aristocratic. It could also speak to the number of retirees in Delray Beach. While a little awkward, the servers are mercifully quick about this baby-birding, so you can enjoy the food. The steaks are the draw here, but we really enjoy the octopus, too. All the classic steakhouse fixes are present, like potatoes au gratin and creamed spinach. We like this spot for an anniversary or special occasion, when the “lay it on thick” service will make a little more sense. They also have a popular happy hour from 5-7pm daily, with cocktails ranging between $6 and $11.
