Opened in 2021, the Art Preserve is an experimental space that houses the John Michael Kohler Arts Center's collection of artist-built environments, as well as responses to the artwork from makers, scholars and conservators. Winner of the 2023 Governor's Tourism Award for Arts, Culture & Heritage, the Art Preserve is an ideal place for people of all age to experience and recharge. Our award-winning, artist-designed washrooms are sure to delight all who use them. Free admission all year round.
