The bell ring for a few times for no reason at night, and nothing found on cctv. Cannot sleep. Our family trip is ruined. Very bad experience

Clean and new. Staffs are really nice.Breakfast is excellent.Shower room, toilet and sink are separated.A little smell in the room.
