Was a first time customer there to get a haircut from Laura. Appointment was at 9. Receptionist showed up at 9:02 to open salon. After 20 more min Laura still did not show up and when I finally left,

I had my hair cut by Laura a week ago. I just now returned from another hair appointment to try to figure out what remedy there might be to fix this disaster. Hair on top of my head is two inches long
