Two people working extremely confused, not understanding orders. Every order i saw was wrong, including mine. The couple next to me also ordered oat milk for an allergy and they received regular milk.

Why is service always, always so slow? There were 3 staff members behind the counter and yet I waited in a line again for coffee. Can a self serve, self pay option be avilable for a simple coffee?
