Place went downhill fast since my first review, have went multiple times and has gotten worse and worse.. New owner shop and new name, but it's horrible.. would not recommend as the beef is very chewy

Here for Dim Sum and it was hit or miss. Some items are ok, and some are disappointed. Using tea bags to me is considered cheating.....
