Worst service from a fast food I've ever experienced personally, picked up food for a family member and one item took over 20 minutes, absolutely terrible terrible service (been like this for years)

If I could give them less than one I would. Got a new manager and the employees are absolutely atrocious. Can't be bothered to even acknowledge that you're standing there. Let alone make your order or

If you are going using drive through be prepared for a 20 min wait even if there is only one car in front of you. Food is just fine the staff are ok just the wait times for the drive through
