The HIGH Lounge is located in the heart of Downtown Tempe on 5th st & Mill.  We are a Private Smoke Lounge and memberships are required.  You can purchase memberships at the door or online.  21+.  ID Required.  No private sales and this is strictly enforced. A safe space for smokers.
