LaRayia’s Bodega is a great stop when you’re zipping through Ponce City Market looking for a quick drinkable lunch or an on-the-go light snack. This vegan juice bar is one of the coolest stalls in PCM, decorated with plants and colorful art featuring legendary rappers like Tupac Shakur, Biggie, and Nipsey Hussle. And while we like perusing their collection of beanies, bucket hats, and T-shirts with phrases like “black girl magic” and “ashe,” we’re mainly here for the smoothies because they’re bar-setting. Our favorite is the thick and sweet Outkast with sweet cinnamon apples, nutmeg, and filling oatmeal. Their matchas (like the silky sweet Yoko Ono with lavender, maple, and oat milk) are fantastic too.
