They sell you on faster internet service with their ATT internet air product (fiber not available) saying it's better and cheaper than our old broadband. Well, it's not. It constantly fails/ cuts out.

I agree with the rating! The desire to assist is at a minimum. I understand trying to make a sale, however it's a good reason to shop online or troubleshoot online due to the pressure and lack of help
