Housed in a charming, white, barn-shaped building, Southern Baked Pie Company in Vinings feels like it came straight out of a Hallmark holiday movie. Glass cases stocked with golden-brown pies fill up the warm sunlit shop. You can get both personal 5-inch and whole 10-inch pies here, along with hand pies, in seasonal flavors like pumpkin or cherry. But the rich, custardy buttermilk and chunky-sweet dutch apple pies with golden, flaky crusts are the standouts.
