Somehow, the uninterrupted view of the Brooklyn Bridge isn’t the prettiest thing about Breads Bakery’s sixth location. That's because the NYC landmark is upstaged by Breads' babka pizza, with shakshuka-spiced tomato sauce and a thick layer of squeaky mozzarella on top. The savory, flaky pastry is a Brooklyn Bridge Park exclusive, and though it ultimately looks a little more impressive than it tastes, the rest of Breads’ excellent lineup is also available at this window with some outdoor seating. Grab a Jerusalem baguette with lox and cream cheese, or some rugelach for a breezy morning.
