I just went to pick my car up from the dealership. It cost $1,400 for basically an oil change, spark plugs, and rear brake pads. On top of that, there was a 3% charge to use my credit card. What the h

I gave them one star because I had to. Others wise I would give them a negative five. This dealership sucks!!! Stay away!!! Don't get me wrong, I love my X5! I'm extremely disappointed with BMW Denver

Stopped by the dealership 3 different times and was unable to get anyone to help me. I even talked to several people who acted like they did not care. I would avoid this dealership!
