Not sure if it happens often but the plátanos were just a little too oily imo. The pupusas and curtido with salsa were good. The people there are nice and the place is small but you feel the Salvadora

I come here specifically for their tamales de pollo. The BEST tamales I've ever had in my life. They wrap them in banana leaves rather than corn husks and it's incredible. The masa is moist and butter
