Worst customer service, the slowest people on earth. Scammers. The don't even know fedex own policies. Employees here are super rude! I honestly left crying. There's no manager around. I rather drive

Slowest place ever! Some of the staff is nice and will try to help you but then they pawn it off to someone else to assist you so you still get nowhere... frustrating!
