If you are looking for the upscale vibe, you can check out this area. However, it is quite the tourist trap. Free parking is non-existent unless you are staying at one of the hotels around this place.

A lotta drinking spots and too too too much fun. Some excellent restuarants. I stayed at the Outrigger Reef so it is close.
