Grab a seat facing out of the window at the splendid trees in the Domain. The ambience was wonderful. Non-intrusive music just the sound of happy diners. General noise level very good for conversatio.

Booked the High Tea ( with a free parliament tour). Amazing food, presentation and service. Catered well for a dietary requirement. Excellent price and worth every cent. Highly recommend.

Entrance on the Macquarie street was easy to spot. One must go through an x-ray security check before going in. Some renovation work was in progress during our visit but it didn’t affect the restauran
