Couldn't believe they couldn't repair one wheel on my husband's Tumi suitcase! The fact that It was 16 years old should be irrelevant if it had a lifetime warranty.

TUMI quality is no longer worth the price and they no longer honor repairs. I have now had two pieces break and TUMI would not honor repair. I am no longer in the brand
