The first time I came in to the shop, they put my feet in cold water instead of warm or hot water. My nail polish was blotchy and it chipped off within the week. I decided to give them another chance

Pedicure chipped shortly after. Nail tech didn't do a horizontal line on the tip of the nail to prevent chipping. Leg massage wasn't very therapeutic (too light pressure). Nail tech was kind and nice.

Today I went to this particular salon because initially the environment was very clean and welcoming. However upon my manicure, I felt neglected and mistreated by the woman doing my nails named "Jay".
