This sandwich shop from Florence opened with a lot of hype, but The Odd Couple lives up to all of it. It’s made up of porchetta, sliced and stacked, with a creamy gorgonzola sauce-like spread on one side and pistachio cream on the other. The sandwich is overly salty in the best way and a real celebration of pork that can turn around an otherwise bland Tuesday.
