Front desk staff was very kind. Lobby and room was very clean. Would stay here again. I read previous reviews but tried it anyway, glad we did.
I booked two nights here for a wedding. First, it is very frustrating not to be able to speak directly to the hotel. I wanted to change something because plans changed, but I was not helped at all. I.
The Manager was rude and hateful my kids were scared to leave the room because of how hateful she was. I will never stay at this hotel again
