I made a work trip to Ireland earlier this month staying at the Camden Court Hotel. Zaytoon is across the street from the hotel and it's open late. They have a good selection of Mediterranean cuisine

Great food, ambiance, and service. Person helping us spoke perfect English (thankfully) and explained all of the menu choices. Very clean.
