I've been here a few times and they only have one person working, so getting your food can take longer than going to a sit down restaurant. I'd recommend another location until they can hire more staf

Monday April 15 the shop was down to one slice of turkey, totally out of 1) cucumbers, 2) green (bell) peppers, 3) tomatoes. Good thing they had bread on hand & that is not a given.
