Their Customer service need big enprovement. We are not there to beg for money instead we are honest hard working people who are making business with hertz so they need to treat people better.

I would not recommend this company for business rentals. My flight was delayed and they gave away my fully paid reservation. The agent I spoke with had no empathy and offered no help. Just stated that

They rent cars they don't have, guy at front desk is useless, would recommend using someone else
