D-Fit Plus is a full-service gym and aquatic facility in New Castle, Delaware, open to the public. Our facility features an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, a therapy pool, a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, full weight room with free weights and cardio machines, and group fitness classes. We are the home facility for Delaware Swim Team, hosting swim meets, competitive training, and swim lessons for children and adults year-round. Members enjoy access to both D-Fit locations.
