I have been coming to this library since 1958. Elementary school high school and college Grandkids come now and love getting books and enjoying special programs. It is such a special part of Richmond.

Update: I am increasing my ranking since I feel guilty and do not want to damage the reputation of a space because of one rotten employee. Thank you to the owner for your kind response.
