I visited this location on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. We didn't have to wait for a table (for two). We noticed that the menu was revamped and I was excited about that. We order

Horrible service, dirty silverware, filthy restrooms, and the waitress and manager never came back to address the issues. Do not waste your money here.

I had not been to a Red lobster in many years so I was very pleased with our choice that day. We were visiting family and my five year old granddaughter loves lobster so to her request we headed here.
