We were staying in the cabins as part of this Discovery Resorts Cradle Mountain and thought on this very very cold, snowy, blustery evening in December ! we would walk the short distance to Hellyers.

While we expected a resort type atmosphere we saw a business like response with no real customer care Despite trying to book the restaurant three times we were told it was booked out to tour groups ..

A pizza with no cheese and very little topping! $25. Almost one third was hard base - please see photos. Absolutely disgraceful.
