Very friendly and helpful staff especially Katie, Sam and Luke. Excellent value and standard. Definitely recommend as located 2 mins from main square and restaurants and 10 mins walk to station.

The hotel is in an excellent position I St Annes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Emma. When we had a problem with our bathroom she resolved it for us very quickly. Highly rec
