Routinely overbooks and leaves you with no cats. Reservations don't mean anything to them. This is the 3rd time I walked away with no car.

So why make reservations and have a confirmation if they don't have cars. Place is a circus. People behind the counter don't care. My company switched to these people and they have got to be the worst

Rented over a dozen times from National and at least ten times from Enterprise at MFE and never have had any issues. Sometimes the line is a bit long to get cars, but they process customers quickly. S
