Turkey & The Wolf’s wildly popular sandwiches are massive even in a city known for its excess. Unlike its standalone New Orleans restaurant, the Vegas outpost is a stall at the front of the Venetian’s Via Via Food Hall with shared seating areas set between other famous food hotspots like Scarr’s Pizza and Ivan Ramen. The fried bologna sandwich—a behemoth assembly of butter-griddled bread layered with salty bologna, creamy American cheese, and vinegar-brined potato chips—is a must-try fan favorite for its sheer size, richness and textures, but bring a friend so you can split the the collard green melt, too. The silky braised collards combined with tangy coleslaw and Swiss cheese on rye is a messy-but-delicious vegetarian masterpiece worth the visit alone. For dessert, grab some banana pudding at Howlin’ Ray's across the food court.
