We visit Vegas often and have eaten at Proper Eats food hall a few times. This was my first time trying Laughing Buddha and it was delicious. It was fresh, hot and full of flavor.

Soooo so yummy. Honestly, with some food halls (especially in casinos!) I go in with low expectations, but both experiences at the Proper Eats food hall were great. This ramen blew me away. You order
