Awfull parking , not clear location, loose time while searching around for there office , then come to totally free of patients space and you are announced that itis 2 minutes over your grace period )

My Wife's appointment was at 2:05p. 3:55p & still hasn't seen the doctor. Huge waste of time and so slow to get the doctor in the room/tend to the appointment. Not sure what's going on but talk about
