We visited Canterbury today & had a bite to eat here, staff were friendly but the place was very busy & tables placed too close together. The croissants, cheese scones & coffee was very nice though.

From start to finish a poor experience. Staff not exactly welcoming. Coffee tangy and undrinkable. Greeted by waiter when food arrived with who is the soup for then and then who is the bacon roll ...

Mark and Spencer's staff in Canterbury are not so friendly with the customers letting them down and the feeling is such a bad thing
