I eat here every time I come to Bellevue. It is delicious! Portions are great, and the food is fresh. I highly recommend Evergreens!

I like this place! Great to have a fresh and healthy option in the area. For what you get though, it is a little pricey I feel. They do have good products though. My typical go to salad is: El Sombrer
