Friendly staff, food and drinks was good. It has a cozy front porch with yellow umbrellas. I didn't see anyone with dogs outside; I'm not sure if they're welcome.

Wow! Incredible staff and over the top menu. The Newporter Salad, mango roll, pan fried fish, carrot cake...R&D is a big win! We will be back.
