I went to Sally's and I'm a senior who is on a walker, I told the young lady what I was looking for and I proceeded to walk down the isle but a clerk was already on her way with a choice of two things

the hours online said that they were open, then when we got there the door was locked and the worker inside yelled that they were "closed". I'm never going to that sally beauty again

I always get great service when I walk into this Sally's Beauty Supply. Sometimes too great lol. I know they're trying to be helpful, but having all 3 people working there asking if I needed any help
