Worse customer service ever, our business account was hacked for many dollars . I called the branch they never answer the phone , I drive there they make me wait hours and no one is ever available and

The banker refused to help us even though they were open for more than an hour and it would have taken 5 minutes. Terrible service!!!

Worse Chase ever... you'd think that a chase in Newport Beach would be decent, I'd be better off going to LA to get treated better.
