Made an appt on 12/24 at 11:50am, when I came I saw that they locked the door at 11:48 as I was showing up. At least call me to reschedule, but they didn't and wasted my time.

Poor communication. Appointments get confirmed but then location is closed! Billing issues are terrible! Their system manages to lose paperwork sent electronically from Dr office! Terrible service. Lo
