Excellent steak restaurant in Niseko (Hirafu area). Importantly for me they are one of very few restaurants in Japan that really understand gluten free - had a seperate gluten free menu that gave me a

3 course meal with wagyu steak and scallop appetizer , drinks and a bottle of wine out the door for $100 usd per person all of which was excellent. Just pull the trigger.
