The service technicians speak condescendingly every time I bring my bike in to get it fixed. Brought my bike in on a Saturday because of a broken part and said I'd need it in a week if it was possible

This place is a great place to buy a bicycle. They are extremely kind when talking with them. I had an issue with the freewheel the other day where it broke, and everything was covered under warranty.
