What's happened to James Avery? So much of the jewelry is so tiny I question if it if for children. Birthstone earrings are so small they are difficult to see once on the ear. Please reverse this awfu

I have ordered charms before and was satisfied. I ordered the desert rose, it was so small I could barley make out what it was.. So unhappy.
