Apparently only one shuttle bus. Waited 40 minutes. I watched every other company have multiple shuttles pick up while we waited. Never again. I think I'll use parking shot based on number of buses

This should be a zero star rating. This business left mine and another family abandoned at the St. Louis airport. Their phone system went down and they did not continue to send shuttles out to pick up
