My husband and I are customers for 30 plus years. They won't let us use bathroom under slightly urgent condition. We realized it's not for public , but we are customers.

This is the worst Citi Bank branch I have ever experienced. Especially, Michelle Trinidad who is personal banker has a terrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go to this branch at all.
