High quality clothing and prices are good if you wait for members deals. Skipping months as a member is very easy right in the app so I'm not sure why people find this challenging.

Great service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. And lots of sales and specials to add value.

Avoid. I was charged $59 a month for a VIP program I did not join. After numerous attempts to cancel via their customer service by phone - I was still charged monthly. I received NO products whatsoeve
