Went here for a first-time passport application and photo last Friday. Make an appointment online at UPS because they only do walk ins as soon as they open on Fridays; and those are 1st come 1st serve

They don't answer their phones - how am I supposed to get a misdelivered package figured out if no one takes the time to answer the phone.
