Won't take walk ins during business hours because the staff will have to stay later than closing. Absolutely ridiculous. If they have a cutoff time for walk ins it should be clearly posted.

Late start for the appt due to a nationwide computer outage. However that's out of everyone's control. Lynette was awesome, highly skilled, professional and personable.
