This spot is very nice especially during lunch. Ask to be seated in the galería where you can watch people practice horse jumping. The quality of the meats were outstanding and the service as well.

We had a miaunderstanding with the order and something did not go well. Laura Mercado was incredible reliving the issue and we had a great time at Roldan. Will be back
